Baby Back Ribs
A rack of pork baby back ribs Olive oil S & P
Turn on oven to 225 degrees.
Divide the ribs in half. Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs (a paper towel is useful to grab onto the skin). Anoint with oil on each side of the ribs, add S and P. Wrap each section in foil and place in heated oven.
Roast for six or so hours. Open foil wraps and roast for another half hour or so.
